i first chanced upon LYK through an ad on ig. what caught my eye is how they pitched their service as focused on being technically competent and keeping things simple. good vibes. sure enough, they offer fast response, friendly staff both on whatsapp chat (thanks fikri) and real life service (thanks faiz), very reasonable pricing and the shop is clean and has a nice waiting corner. got my mom’s phone screen fixed nicely in abt 30mins. it even comes with 100 day warranty, which is a big relief assurance, so much better and more legit than walking into ah beng shops. highly recommend!

Got 2 iphones that are having problems . XsMax – cracked front screen. Have sound, can respond but no image. Iph9 – back cracked and sim tray kind of can’t read sim. Got them to replace the screen for Xs Max and Back case of iPh9. Sim tray has no issue after LYK clean sim card with solvent and insert in again.
Leslie from LYK Jurong was very helpful while attending to my case. Explained patiently to me work need to be done. Also test and shown me all functions before and after replacing the parts, indicating no other issues.
I have a iPad Pro that has issues on ‘Auto Rotate”, they mentioned is GPU issue and cannot be fixed. If they can resolve this, it will be even superb. All items sent in near lunch time, I managed to pick them back after my work at around 6+.
I recommend LYK Jurong to those that has apple products issues to try them out.

I came in with a shattered display on my Ipad pro. The team were super professional, honest, and did a thorough check before briefing me on the fixes they will be making.

Before I decided to change my battery for my iPad Air 10.5, I asked about the cost and the time taken for the change through WhatsApp and the response was very timely. I feel encouraged to proceed with the battery change with such good response and went down to the Tai Seng branch yesterday. I dropped off my iPad and came back after 2 hours though the replacement just requires about 45 mins to 1 hour.
For those who have a lot of private and confidential stuffs in your devices, fret not because they are not going to ask for your password. There will be a simple test before they take in my device.
Upon reaching home, I realised that some parts of the screen cannot respond to my touch anymore. I checked with LYK through WhatsApp and they politely requested me to go down to their Tai Seng branch again for a check. They did not at any time try to refute my claim and offered a check. I went back to Tai Seng just now and the rectification takes only about 10 minutes. My device was returned to me and all is good now. I should have checked everything before I leave. My device was charged to 100% last night and the power remains at 100% after 15 hours of standby time. The battery replacement gave my old 2017 iPad a new lease of life but do be practical that old device will not perform as

Thank you Stamford for your excellent service. Been experiencing overheating and battery drain issue on my IPad for months (battery drain 10-15% per hour on standby). He suspected “Power leakage” as the root cause and professionally performed the repair within two days. The problem has been resolved, and it drained by only 1% in 12hours on standby! Though it does not affect the iPad functionality, it will be good if I was told prior to sending it for repair at LYK. Update: The after service was excellent. Took my cracked Apple Watch and contacted the WhatsApp number. Response was quick and I was able to walk in the the outlet. They open daily. I was told it would take 1-1.5 hours but it took about 2 hours, abit of waiting to do but there are coffee shops/ food places around. Cost was $115 and service was good and polite.

My Samsung mobile phone blacked out and I went to the Samsung service center for advice. Samsung staff told me it is a hardware problem and it will cost me a few hundred dollars to get it fixed. Also, all the contents in my phone are gone and cannot be retrieved.
I made an appointment with LYK Mobile Repair store (Jurong) to get a second opinion. They have a comfortable sofa area with free WiFi and a water dispenser where you can wait. I was served by Hongyi, who is really nice and friendly. Within 15 min, they got my phone working again. Even helped me fix my phone case that came off. I am so thankful for the meticulous and respectful service LYK Mobile Repair (Tai Seng) provided. I had initially tried repairing my faulty Samsung A02 with another reputable mobile repair shop but was told it cannot be fixed. Dejected, I almost gave up until I stumbled upon LYK online. The problem: My MBP’s charging ports died on me and I needed to just get a pair of those fixed bc I already ordered a new macbook.
I didn’t get too many quotes, just took a shot w the guy via WhatsApp that it’s the best offer at $120 and it was done in under an hour. Thank you Jeffrey! Also decided to try their tempered glass screen protector (anti blue light) for my iPhone 12 Pro Max.

My 11 year old MacBook Air that’s been functioning well, except for its half dead battery, got a revamp with LYK’s help who installed a new battery for it. They were very responsive on WhatsApp when I was inquiring their services, and managed to book a slot that day at their Jurong office. It was said it would take 2 hours to fix, but they called me back in less than an hour. It’s relatively near to Jurong East MRT–within walking distance–and there’s JEM to walk around while LYK serviced my laptop. Service was great, and for coming to their office I got a good discount. Would totally recommend them.

Have used their “go to you” service several times. Engineer arrives on time, does the job fast and well, and cleans up the workspace when done. Opt for the on-site service if you value your privacy since you can watch your phone being fixed up. I don’t trust services that require you to reveal your phone unlock code and especially if you have to leave your unlocked device at the shop.
