You can verify our participation directly on Apple’s official website — we are listed there as a confirmed IRP in Singapore.
Being part of this programme means our technicians follow Apple’s repair guidelines and use Apple-supplied tools and parts for eligible repairs. Our technicians complete the training required under the IRP programme before working on any IRP-eligible device, covering the specific procedures expected for each type of repair.
For repairs that qualify under the IRP programme, the parts used are genuine Apple components sourced directly through Apple — not aftermarket, not third-party alternatives.
One thing worth being upfront about: Apple is not responsible for repairs carried out by LYK Repair. All repairs and warranties are provided by us directly. If something is not right after a repair, you come back to us and we sort it out.
What This Actually Means for You
The parts going into your device come from Apple directly. The tools our technicians use are Apple-supplied tools, the same ones provided to repair providers under the IRP programme. And the repair procedures follow Apple’s guidelines.

Which Repairs Fall Under the IRP Programme
The programme covers out-of-warranty repairs on eligible iPhone and Mac models. We will always check eligibility during the initial diagnostic. If your device qualifies for an IRP repair, we will let you know upfront. If it does not, we will discuss the alternatives. No surprises.
About the Parts We Use
For IRP-covered repairs, parts are genuine Apple components sourced through Apple’s supply chain. For repairs outside the IRP scope, we use quality third-party components. We will always be clear about which applies before we start.
