We have been operating since 2014 under the name LYK Mbile UEN number 53274771B. We have privatise our company into LYK Mobile PTE LTD Since 2020 as a larger organisation. Our specialists all have more than 6 years of experience and are trained to repair your devices.

We will send a specialist to your location with the tools and spare parts to repair your device on the spot. Alternatively, you can visit our service center located a minute’s walk from Tai Seng MRT station for cheaper, on the spot repairs.

For both doorstep service and repairs at our Service Center, most jobs will take about 15 to 30 minutes, depending on the severity of the case. Otherwise, the repair time will be stated on our website.

No, Only the original manufacturer can claim their parts are original. We use high-quality spare parts that have the same sensitivity, and functions as their originals. We provide a 30-100 day warranty assurance of quality.

Our warranty covers parts that our specialists have replaced, but not the other parts of the device that were not replaced. The warranty is not applicable to devices if the seal is broken or tampered, if it suffers from water damage or is jailbroken.

Yes, all prices quoted are nett. The price include workmanship, transport, with no hidden charges. For doorstep service, a $25 fee will be charged if you decide not to proceed with the repair.

No, a transportation fee is included in. However, we offer even more affordable rates at our service center.

No, payment will only be collected after the job is done. We accept cash, iBanking, DBS PayLah!, or NETS on the spot after the device is returned to the client.

Our specialists are on standby from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. every day, from Monday to Sunday. Our Service Center is open from 11 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. daily. For urgent matters, we can be contacted at 90252185. We promise to get back to all our clients the earliest opportunity.


All devices that are water damage or have been dropped have already voided their authorised warranty due to self-damaged. The authorised service provider will void the original warranty if any repairs are done by third parties.

You may reschedule your appointment if it is done more than 2 hours, in advance by texting or calling us at 90252185. Rescheduling less than 2 hours before the appointment will incur, a $25 fee.
