Warranties from services by LYK Repair are effective from the date of purchase or repair.
At LYK Repair, we are committed to providing reliable, high-quality repairs and products. We offer clear warranty terms to give our customers peace of mind. These policies apply to both in-store and doorstep repair services.
100-Day Warranty – Repair Workmanship & Replacement Parts
(All Repairs done through LYK Repair is covered by a 100-Day Warranty)This covers any issues arising from errors made during the repair process, such as improper assembly or faulty repairs.
If any replacement parts installed by us fail due to defects within 100 days, we’ll replace them free of charge.
No registration is required. Your invoice or receipt serves as your proof of warranty.
Note: This warranty applies only to parts and services provided by LYK Repair. It does not cover the entire device or unrelated issues arising after repair.Â
Doorstep Repair Service Policy

- Warranty terms apply the same to doorstep repairs.
- Customers must present the original invoice for all warranty claims.
- Our technicians reserve the right not to release the device after repair until full payment is made on the spot.
- This is to prevent situations where the customer becomes uncontactable after sending a third party to collect the phone without paying.
- Payment is required immediately upon service completion, regardless of who receives the device.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty is void and will not apply under the following conditions:
This includes items like batteries and protective films, unless failure is due to a manufacturing defect.
Scratches, dents, or scuffs, unless caused by our repair work.
New accidental damage, water/liquid contact, or misuse after the repair is not covered.
If the device is modified, opened, or repaired by another party post-service, the warranty is void.
Gradual degradation due to age or frequent use is not covered.
Software problems not related to the hardware repairs we perform are not covered under this warranty.
Claim Process
- Keep your original receipt as proof of warranty.
- Notify us of any issue during the warranty period.
- Bring the device back to our shop or arrange for an inspection (doorstep repairs).
- Our technicians will assess the issue. If deemed to fall under warranty, we will provide a free rework or replacement.
Refund & Return Policy (Repair Services)
- If a recurring issue is found and deemed unrepairable within the warranty period, a full refund will be issued.
- No refunds will be provided for services where the issue is unrelated to our repair.

By engaging LYK Repair for services or purchasing our products, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
