Our goal is to provide customers with reliable mobile repair services at fair and transparent prices. Whether you’re visiting us in-store or booking a doorstep repair, we want you to feel fully informed and confident throughout the entire process.
Transparent Pricing
- We are committed to displaying clear and accurate pricing across our website, social media, and promotional materials.
- Any discounted offers or promotions will be transparently stated, with no hidden terms.
- All prices quoted include the cost of parts and labor, unless otherwise specified.
- Additional charges, if any (e.g. delivery fees, specialised part orders), will be clearly communicated before service begins.
Payment Methods
To ensure smooth and secure transactions, LYK Repair accepts the following payment methods:
- PayNow
- Bank Transfer
- Nets
- GrabPay
- Cash
All payments must be made in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
Doorstep Repair Payment Policy
LYK Repair offers on-site mobile repair services for your convenience — but due to the nature of mobile service locations, we have implemented important payment safeguards:
- Immediate Payment Upon Completion
For all doorstep services, payment must be made on the spot after the repair is completed. Our technician is instructed not to release the repaired device until payment is received in full. - Why This Policy is Necessary
We’ve encountered situations where the device is collected by a third party (e.g., friend, colleague) with the promise of later payment by the owner. In some cases, the owner became uncontactable after our technician left the site, making it difficult to recover payment — especially when repairs are done in public areas.
As such, our onsite specialists reserve the right to hold onto the device until payment is collected, regardless of who is collecting on behalf of the owner.
Deposits & Special Part Orders
- A deposit may be required if a repair involves specially ordered spare parts from third-party vendors.
- If the customer fails to show up for the scheduled service or cancels last minute, the deposit may be forfeited to cover procurement and administrative costs.
Receipts & Invoicing
- A detailed receipt will be provided for every transaction.
- All charges, including labor, parts, and any delivery or call-out fees, will be clearly itemised for your reference.
Third-Party Delivery Services
- In cases where delivery or pickup is arranged via third-party logistics partners, any applicable charges will be:
- Communicated upfront during your booking or enquiry
- Included in your invoice or receipt
